Scales are always different. You can weigh yourself 1 minute at home, and go straight to the gym, and 10 mins later and weigh yourself again and be totally different. Different scales weigh you different. At home scales are cheaper and therefore arent as acurate as an expensive scale maybe at the gym. Also, what clothing your wearing, or if you've had anything to eat or drink can affect sudden weight changes! I hope this helped atleast a bit :) Good Luck!

Hate to break it to you, but you can't lose weight off just one place! You have to reduce the overall fat you have. You could also do some leg excercises that will help you look toned and make the weight loss go quicker, running especially. Try to play a sport that involves a lot of runnning, like soccer or track and field! Otherwise, just go running with your friends. Hope I helped!

Basically make it a point to exercise everyday. If you have a basketball and hoop, play basketball for a half hour a day. You'll be surprised how much better you wil feel, sleep, and think. You might not lose too much weight, but when you grow, your weight will be right for your height if you keep it a little lower than it is now.

I just wanted to tell you that if you're 5' 3'' (like me) your ideal weight probably isn't 100 or 90 pounds unless you have a really small frame to begin with (which I don't. Stocky, unfortunately, runs in my family). Try a more realistic number like 110 or 115 first and then go from there. Good luck!

First of all dont rush yourself. Even if you do manage to lose that weight, you're gonna live a brutal battle with yourself to keep it off and change your habits. I've been taking it slow and over the past year everyone has noticed a difference. It may seem like forever to wait, but its healthier, and will more likely work. You may have to learn the hard way, that there is no easy way to lose weight.

At 5'6 125 is a great weight! I'm 5'6 and a lot more than 125. I would do anything to be your weight. Be happy for who you are. Plus If you're working out, you must have a lot of muscle which weighs more than fat so stop complaining! I'm sure you look great

Depends on how much you have of them to eat. Make sure to excercise so that way you can burn off some of the sugars and carbs and calories in the food that you ate.

Hi everyone. I used to weigh like 155 pounds or something, now I am 2 to 3 inches taller and only weigh 124! My tip for people out there is when you want to eat because you are depressed turn on lively music you like because than you will be listening to that insteed of over eating and you might even feel like dancing! Another tip is don't always weigh your self because I know for me when I weighed my self and was heavier I would get depressed and eat more and gain even more, and when I weighed less, I'd be like yeah! I lost a bunch of weight I want to celibrate, and I'd eat more and gain weight, orI would be like, hey if i lost weight I can eat a little more to reward my self, but than I wouldn't be able to stop. Botton line, don't weigh your self all the time try like once a month insteed of once a day.

Wanting to lose weight by a certain date or whatever isnt neccsarily a bad thing as long as its realistic people need to set goals for themselves.

well if you're like 4' then you're heavy, but if you're 6' then you're anerexic. It depends on your height.

Don't worry about the 2 pounds. Did you know you can retain up to 10 pounds of water weight? It can be water weight and before you know it it'll be gone! No worries :)

hi!if you are 7, you really shouldn't be worrying about dieting and stuff like that. Just go out and play with your friends, run around outside, or play sport that you like, or even take up a new sport you haven't tried before. You can still have fast food, just don't have it as often, halve the amount you have it, and replace it with healthier meals(it doesn't have to be veg and fruit) but please don't worry about strict dieting, you are only 7 and have so much growing to do still.
