Hey Maddie! Please don't starve yourself, it will only make things worse. It will slow your metabolism down so you actually won't burn as many calories, your body thinks it will not get enough food so it starts holding on to as much food as it can, and using less energy each day. So when you eat normally again you might GAIN weight.
You say you are gaining weight, well don't go by the scale, you may gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. You should go by how your clothes are fitting, if they are getting looser than you are losing fat! Try keeping track of your progress by using a measuring tape, measure your hips(butt), waist, chest and thighs. (Also if you do weight lifting that would be building more muscle than cardio)
You will see that you WILL lose weight as long as you are eating less calories than you use, and doing cardio every day helps a lot.

Despite what adds say, you can't actually target one area of the body for weight loss so any type of exercise is good.

u probably gained some muscle from lifting weight and since muscle weighs more than fat, u gained weight. But don't worry, it's good to have more muslce cuz muscle burns more calories than fat!

ive seen you on the weigh-in page and girl you weigh yourself toooo much! I admit I've been guilty of doing that. But...listen your weight DOES fluctuate, and can only be accurate when weighed in once a week at the same time. :P If you ever need advice or help you can email me icebluegrrl@yahoo.com ~Bye~

You probably have an eating disorder, sorry to break it to you, but 7 hours of exercising is...unnatural. Thinking that eating under 900 calories a day is a great thing is also bad, you CAN lose 30 pounds without doing this. I also just want to mention that its a proven fact that people who try to lose weight extremely fast have a very low chance of succeeding and a lot will end up gaining more weight back. So just stay calm, see a doctor, you can lose weight the healthy way. :D

yes, because right before your period you gain water weight, which to the scale might seem like "pounds", but you'll lose it after your period is over.

Obviuosly there is a difference between Fat and weight, thats why its better to weight your self month after month. I could proabably gain 6 pounds within the next 4 hours drinking a gallon of water and gain no fat at all.

Basically make it a point to exercise everyday. If you have a basketball and hoop, play basketball for a half hour a day. You'll be surprised how much better you wil feel, sleep, and think. You might not lose too much weight, but when you grow, your weight will be right for your height if you keep it a little lower than it is now.

First of all dont rush yourself. Even if you do manage to lose that weight, you're gonna live a brutal battle with yourself to keep it off and change your habits. I've been taking it slow and over the past year everyone has noticed a difference. It may seem like forever to wait, but its healthier, and will more likely work. You may have to learn the hard way, that there is no easy way to lose weight.
