I think you need to help your friend. Do you go to McDonald's sometimes or another greasy food place together? Next time, go to Subway or a healthy alternative. When you want to go out and do something, you can ride your bike, go for walks, whatever you like! You can make the difference in her life...

It's good you are concerned about your friend! Well things you could do with her to help her would be instead of going to a movie and munching on snacks, go biking or roller blading. My friends and I go biking all the time and it's really fun! You can also go to the gym together, play some games of basketball or whatever other sport. Just try to add some exercise into her life, and stay away from fast food restaurants! Good luck! :)

Ohhh..the same thing happens with my friend Erin. She's like 105 pounds, pretty tiny. And she'd always fix me HUGE meals, and she wouldnt eat hers and offer it to me. I don't know if your friend is doing that on purpose or if that's just what your thinking from all of it. But if she turns you down to go to the gym, and asks you to go out, tell her no, that you really do need to go. Or if you do decide to go out, pick out your own meal, something not too heavy, and eat realllllly slow, so you will get full faster and not want to eat as much.

I had a similar problem.
My friends and i made a sort of ''club'' where we would make sure each other exercised and ate healthy...not starving our selves.
Try it!
(or a good thing to do for motivation is to get your parents to pay you $1 every pound you lose..if they will)

If this is any help....I had a huge crush just recently on a guy who sounds kinda like yourself and even though im a little bit heavier, im not fat and i have plenty of my own admirers but the point is, I liked someone who had a very very pudgy stomach and i still thought he was hot......dont give up!!!!!

Yeah I totally know what you mean, I get it too...What I've found is that I have to stop comparing myself to other people, and it might help you to do it too.. I know its hard when all your friends walk around like sticks and ya feel fat (cause thats what I feel like), but you've gotta realise that its not HOW you look, but WHO you are that they're going to like.. of course you have to respect your body, by eating healthy and excersising and stuff..So try and find the good aspects of YOUR body, instead of everyone elses:)

Hey hun,
You say that you want a boyfriend, that's great but a guy should like you for who you are not what you look like yeah it would be nice to look great cus that is people's first impression of you, but let me tell you again it is what's in your heart and head not how skinny you are. But the key to losing weight is love your self and eat like it. Just eat what feels good not what tastes good. Eat cus you are hungary not because it tastes good. Just keep trying you can do it.

I know what it's like. My own cousin teases me about my wait. Instead of taking what people tell you and eating go out and run or do some physical activity. When you have the urge to eat think about the mean things your friends have said and close the refridgerator. It soulds weird but it works. The hardest thing for me was cutting out the candy and ice cream but now I am losing weight. For meals eat Healthy choice stuff. Only eat when you are absolutly hungry. I am 5ft 2 and I wiegh 140lbs. Don't feal bad. Guys like girls with meat on their bones. So look in mirror and be happy with yourself. Most guys might think you look great. I get compliments all the time, and I am confident with myself. It doesn't bother me that I am not super model skinny.I'm a size 10-12. Like many girls I was once unhappy with my body.

I don't want guys to notice me because I look good, but I know what you mean about losing weight being hard. You have to have the will power and really want to lose weight to do so. I started an exercise program from a magazine called JUMP. In every issue they have something about exercising and people like us losing weight. Maybe it'll help. I've lost six pounds so far, and I haven't put it back on. That's the important part. Don't rush your weight loss. If you do it slowly, you probably won't put it back on again. Also, drink a lot of water. It helps! Honest!
Just remember that people who make fun of you aren't people who would be good friends. They're people who are judgemental. Don't ever be that way. Well, good luck! :)
