To help cut your cravings try chewing gum ,eating ice, or eating fruits and veggies. Also you should eat 3 regular sized meals a day instead of eating chips or junkfood for a snack eat fruits or veggies and drink water instead of pop. Also exercise every day by doing 50 stiups ,50 leglifts, and go up and down the stiars 10 times ( 1 time up and down counts as one)

well, sorry about that first post i clicked on the wrong name when replying but i would suggest that you keep yourself really busy when alone. like start an art project. try to stay away from the tv. or eat my favorite TV snack....cucumbers with lemon juice and salt. it's really really good. and it satisfies my potato chip, carb, cravings. that' what i would suggest. I have the same problem when home alone.

It is very hard to resist when all your friends are eating sweets. Here are some suggestions:
1. Are your friends struggling with a weight problem... or at least some of them? If they are, then make a plan to only have a dessert once a week or something.
2. Only have the ice cream when you are with your friends, and not when you go with your family or alone. That only works if you don't go with your friends alot though.
3. If all else fails, bring alot some minty gum or breath mints.... or even your toothbrush and toothpaste. The mint will make the ice cream taste gross, and you won't want it as much.
Good luck!

try to not get that hungry while you're around food. like eat something on the way home, something healthy- then when you're home you won't be so hungry and crave so much stuff...

i read the blubberbuster advice for cravings and it said to hold your hands together. i was like yeah right! that is not going to work for me! but last night i watched my boyfriend eat a reeses sunday and i didn't have a single bite. as simple as it sounds- it works, hey- if you don't have your hands free then you won't grab and eat stuff. also try to keep busy too-make it so you don't have time to binge, whether it's mentally busy or physically busy...

hey! i know what you're going through but just think about how disappointed and mad you'll be at yourself about an hour after you eat whatever it is that you're craving for. also, brushing your teeth whenever you have a craving for junk food should help cuz who wants mint flavored chips :)? good luck!
