Message Replying To From rachael, Age 14 Hey, I'm glad you're so motivated! That's awesome. I think I know why you tend to eat too much after school, because you arent' eating enough during the day. Are you eating breakfast? Believe it or not, you should be doing that to lose weight! Nothing too much, just maybe a yoghurt or a small bowl of cereal w\ milk. It will get your metabolism going in the morning! :) Umm...yeah keep it up w\ the work out tapes, but don't overdo it! We don't want any strained muscles! Since you're just starting out with it, why don't you try a max of 4 times per week. Everybody's body needs rest days! :) After say, a month, you can switch it up to 6 days if you'd like. Oh, and lots of water, too! Sometimes if you are dehydrated, your body thinks it's hungry. Weird, I know, but it's true! So, make sure to drink 6-8 glasses a day! If that sounds too much, why don't you start with 3 glasses and work your way up. That way it won't be so overwelming. Good luck Jenna, and DON'T EVER GIVE UP!!!! :) |
