BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Whenever I'm bored, I overeat, but whenever I'm stressed, anxious, or depressed, I don't eat at all. With my boredom, I just pick out anything and everything I have or can find and just eat and eat and eat. Sometimes it's in one setting, sometimes it's throughout the day. Whenever I'm depressed, anxious or stressed, I just don't eat at all. Everything feels like a knot in my stomach, and I usually can only tolerate no calorie drinks (which I normally have drank for years now anyways), and maybe a meal replacement shake or one serving of fruit snacks. Nothing else; I would feel like vomiting it up since I'm depressed (when this happens). I don't know why I react to overeating when bored or undereating when anxious, depressed, or stressed, but I do.
