Ht. 5'3", Start: 353 lb, Today: 394 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I managed to gain less weight that I did over winter break in the past few months. i went on a diet a while ago and lost 5 pounds! but then gained those five plus eight more back from over eating way too much. school is out now and i really want to lose weight over summer, but i know im just going to lie in bed every day and eat. and i will get my drivers license and a car in june, and then ill be able to go to mcdonalds and other fast food even more and i know im going to put on more weight. im only 6 pounds away from being 400 pounds! :((( i went to the doctor a few weeks ago and they put me on another diet and said im maybe going to have to have surgery when i get older if i dont follow it, and could die if i keep gaining weight but i just cant stop eating. im having much more trouble walking up and down stairs now, and we went to a friends house for dinner the other night and i had to sit on the sofa because they didnt have any big enough chairs, and after dinner my pants wouldnt button again because my stomach is getting too big. more than half of my stomach hangs out of my shirts now and i cant suck in all the fat. im not even hungry any more i just eat because im sad or bored, sometimes i even eat because im sad that im so fat. any tips from how to lose weight this summer? i dont want to have surgery when im older and i dont want to get bigger.
