~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I have hated the way I looked for so long, but I find it difficult to have to motivation to stick to weight loss. I will start out really well on an exercise and eating plan, but when weight loss doesn't come quickly, I quit. I find myself eating to feel better all. the. time. I hate that I do it, but once I get upset, I immediately think, "hmm, some ice cream, (or other kind of yummy junk food.) would really help me right now." Immediately after I am back to disliking how I look. Does anyone have advice to turn around emotional eating? I have tried for so long, but I don't know a healthy habit to replace it with.. does anyone have a success story to share? I need help, really badly.
