Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I am stil 5'3 my sneakers made me 2 inchers taller. They are not a flat shoe. I am making new goals now! Thank goodness I dont weigh 170 pounds! not my ture weight! I am going to exrise more! and change the way how much I spend on time on the coumputer! and eat less still, get back on track with the water, and start walking my dog! my goal is still 104 pounds! that my goal for the new year! I hope to be 130s by Decmeber this year! ! I got a new jumropejust renctly! I am going to start useing it ! once it stops raining and thundering! ... Use my scctor, Instead of 2 hours I am going to cut it to one hour! I am going back on track to cutting my food in half.. So I can this fat off my back, and my neck, and get my double chin to a single chin. And my shoe size goal is an 8 womens! I am going to try my hardest to lose weight ! I am going to follow what I just wrote! no more of my lazyness.. I dont want to be lazy anymore. My friends who still helping me get through my strss! I want to fit in clothes better,, and My HSM shrits, by next year the long sleved one! I asked my mom when I reach 120 pounds if I could have a HM or HSM shrits ordered .. That goal! 170 pounds is for youg men- adult men 5'9.. That rare for a girl to be 5'9. I should weigh 104 pounds for my body type I feel dissponted, I wanted to weigh 130 pounds. I do adimt that I was lazy, I am no longer going to bed late .. Starting tomrrow night= Saturday.. I do want to be a kids plus 14 or 16.. Or Juniours S! 5}6.. Missess 6! I dont want to be obese woman.. I sing when I am sad or mad.. I dont eat my feelings like I used to. I just want to be better fit. I would be happy to be 118 pounds first and then I plan to be 104 pounds. I will stop there, if I was 5'2 I would keep going. Otherwise I could make myself sick by loseing more wieght .. That would be unhelahty... Dont make yourselfs sick. Jessica 16
