Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I am going to a picnic next Saturday, well I am bit nervss there is going to be a lot of dressets ahha. It makes me scared and binge which is the worst thing. James gave me advice 3 days ago.. He told me, only get what you are going to eat. No seconds.. Now I feel better, and a little nervss.. And soda as well, I only drink one glass or cup of soda diet coke or regualr coke.. I dont drink orange soda or Sprite, I got used to not drinking Sprite or Orange soda, and candy. As well, I eat the sugar free. Instead, I get bubble gum, Trantion had that since I was like 10}1}2 years old at the time I was skinny still somewhat.. I been overweight since I was 11 years old. I was like enough is enough time to get in shape and get more active and eat less, and less soda. I am trying to get the weight hope to be 30 or 25 pounds light in 3 mounths which will be Decmeber! I want to be healhty 16 year old girl.. I wish all overweight teens would want to lose weight they would be in better shape,, I am not really a junk food fan,, it ok,, it is not my favorite" to be honest. Jessica 16
