Ht. 5'3", Start: 125 lb, Today: 145 lb - Hello everyone. I've read most of everyone's stories and they are truly sad. Last summer I weight about 125 and I am 5 foot 3 inches I was dating a guy and he left for his mom's we were dating for about nine months he dumped me saying that I'm not what he wanted, so I became depressed sat around the house threw my roller blades away gave away my bike and decided sleeping and eating would help me. I did not pay any attention to my dogs which at that time were going for walks every day. I now weight 145 and a dress size bigger nine months later. I was at a size 5 now I am at a size seven. I ended up going to the doctor for my depression and she would not put me on any meds, because that will not help me lose any weight. She told me to exercise go for a 15-30 min walk. Go outside and do something. To me everyone has a reason why they are over weight. For me I put on the weight because I was in love and that guy broke my heart so I ate, you have to first deal with the problems that are hurting you, then you can start to loose weight. I hope that my story will encourage you guys not to diet, but just eat better and get at least 30 min of exercise a day in. Take Care you all and I wish you guys that best of luck! Cass
