hey everyone...im having trouble losing weight. i weighed 204 pounds 2 weeks ago and now am down to 194 but im stuck on that...im on the low carb diet so if u have any good recipies for me that have low carbs, or any good excersies please share. im not a person who sits on my but and does nothing cause i do i play softball and volleyball and basketball. im never home and so im used to not being bored...but when im bored i eat. does anyone have any ideas of not eating when im bored...im usually not bored alot only when im home which is on weekends and around 1 hour a day so please please please help me!thanks i love ya all!u can give me ur email my email is imallforyou222@yahoo.com so email me and we can talk.!
