Hey everyone! Well I havent been here for a while because Ive been very depressed and gained some weight. I feel a little better now but i weigh 220 now! I want to loose 20 pounds by the end of May. I started a low carb diet, however, I am a vegitarean so Im eating fish (not fried) and other seafood and vegies. Im going to be doing muscle toning and jogging which will hopefully help! There's such cute clothes in the stores and when I went shopping I found myself needing to buy a size 16! That is discusting! For now I just want to get into a 13/14 again but in the long run I want to be a size 7/8 Im 5'6" so I think that would be good :). LoL its only the second day of my diet and Im gonna write in once a week because if I write everyday it seems slower!
