Hey I have been off my routine for a while and im slowly starting to get back on my routine and it is getting frustratin cuz I feel I need to eat when I am bored I need to stop that and I need to not eat a lot at meals so I can loose this weight I am doin this one excercise thing to loose 4 inches in a week but I need to stop eating junk to see the results so starting right now today the 12th day of august 2004 I am makein a pac to eat healthy for the rest of my liife and stay in shape so I can become the best basketball player I know I can be.
