~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Current: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Well I didn't weigh in again, I think i'm avoiding the scale...haha But yesterday I did ok i guess no big complaints plus I got a really good work out in so I feel really good about myself. But lets see a lot of people were asking me how i lost all the weight and i actually lost like 45 lbs and was down to 155 but i kinda gained some of it back but really all i did was cut out the bad put in the good and exercise everyday. I mean i know it sounds incredibly easy but thats b/c it is, i mean my main problem was fighting off to not just eat when i was bored so I just found stuff to occupy my time. Oh yea another great tip try eating mini meals. I eat like 5 mini meals throughout the day and it really helps ur body b/c it can break down all the small stuff throughout the day compared to bigger meals that can't get broken down all at once and then it is stored as fat for later to be used as an energy source. And if you don't use that energy source it just stays there :/ Well good luck to everyone today, stay focused on ur goals!
