Hey, i'm 15 and i weigh right now about 175 lbs at 5'1. i had to go through a really diffucult divocre aroudn 7 grade which lead my kinda chubby body to ballon out because i ate whenever i was unhappy. i joined my school soccer teamn ths spring which lead me to go from 185 to 175 but i want to lose more and get down to 115 before my sweet sixteen and my junior year begins. Ive been reading post of all you guys and its actualyl really insirping an di hope anyone who has advice for me can help me.. i love carbs and snack food lol but i want to lose weight so bad so my family can stop makign comments and i wont get thso rude remarks from ppl at school. I wasnt to look terrffic for this year homecoming so please anyone who can give me adviceplease do..
