Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I 've noicted that a lot of us re struggling to not eat a lot I 've been struggling to binge eat on and off since I was 11 or 12 years old. don't give up girls! u can do this I wanted to tell u girls teens I once weighed between 181-183 lbs that's was horrible yes I used to run out of breathe when playing outdoor games I used to sit and eat all the time. I used to drink a lot of soda Orange Soda I don't touch it that much anymore now yes clothes shopping can be hard once somebody hits 250+ plus lbs. I always try not to eat a lot of food yes I come from a family that re big eaters. my grandma's side of the family has a lot of health issues due to obesty. some of them h'd to wear special made clothing, some were on oxegyn, some were over 400 lbs even 500 lbs. some of them h'd worst health issue I have ever seen in my life dietabetss. I want to avoid the health issues I am breaking the overweight chain! I ll break the next chain I could get obesty. small minin goals minin clothing sizes. yes I wear L in my clothing now! yes by my 18th birthday size 9/10 or size 7/8. yes my little niece's party is difficult a lot of food. I don't touch the breaded food really. small goals = small success. I want u girls to not give up on reaching ur goals. Jessica17.
