~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 222 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 170 lb - I used to come on this site when I was younger for support in the obesity/ weight loss community and man am I needing that now. I weighed myself last October at my highest weight Of 255 since I lost 200lbs(started at 370) about 8 years ago. And I vowed then I would lose it and I’d never see that number again. I maintained around 220 for a few months after a trip in January and then when I went to the doctor in May I had gained 16lbs.. so I said screw the scale I’m not getting on it lol and screwed my self more! I have even been walking 5-6 mile hikes and still have managed to gain another 14 lbs since then! So now I’m up 30lbs since the end of May/early June and I am just frustrated with myself for buying all of the 6 packs of full size candy bars and so much more, I packed on these pounds and need to own up to that. I was just so shocked to see the number 250 again on the scale and realized that I was in denial about my clothes, and my body and I have to learn to overcome the scale! HELP!! Any advice would be great. Thanks!
