Ht. 5'4", Start: 260 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Was at work today and was thinking about my lifelong struggle to lose weight and I remembered this website that I used to use such a long time ago. Well, I'm here years later and 65 pounds down and wanted to share how I've gained control over my health. Intermittent Fasting has helped me lose 65 pounds over the past two years. I've started exercising, either in the gym or doing something active like disc golfing. I try to make healthier choices but I'm a college student so I am not super strict on myself. I still have 30 pounds to lose, but I'm getting there slowly but steadily because now I am in control of my eating habits and health. Best of luck to you all.
