Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Day 18- May 16th ( little note: I don’t blog on weekends. Just don’t have the time. I looked at my weight this morning and i’m 192.00- Pretty happy about seeing my weight go down even though sometimes i do tricky stuff. I think when I do those tricky things I feel guilty and end up not doing it all too much. A habit I have to break very soon. Breakfast: Cereal Really got tired of the waffles lol. I went to math class and the gym. I’m going to start a workout routine. I’m curious if my weight is going to go up when I work out? I guess we’ll find out. My goal is to go to the gym everyday I go to school (Which is everyday!) I hope I have the mind power to be able to do it. Lunch: None I had a really bad stomachache I couldn’t really eat. I drank a ton of water. I’m sure I’ll have something good for dinner. I always wonder if I’m going to eat way too much because I didn’t eat lunch but that hasn’t really happened lately. Dinner: Caesar Salad It was funny because I didn’t have too much time to make anything so I got one of those caesar salad kits and just made that really quickly. It was yummy. I understand why they’re expensive because its the price of convenience. I then studied and went to sleep.
