Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - May 13th
 Breakfast: Waffles 
I got sick of cereal and I’m almost about to get sick of waffles. It seems to boost my energy in the morning and I can barely think of a time that is really needed to skip breakfast! It’s the most important meal of the day. Lunch: gourmet sandwich 
I had a meeting with my old Young Life leader and he bought me a sandwich it was really kind of him. I didn’t ask him to buy it but I also told him about the diet I’m doing but it was a special occasion. I ate half the sandwich and let him keep the other half and put it in the fridge. Dinner: Rice 
I made some rice and I was like eh it’s boring so I weighed the cheese slice, and took out the weight from the rice. I’m not sure if that’s alright but it was kind of just a fun thing to try out. Overall today was an alright day. It was sunny and happy day. I feel like when it’s sunny I just dont feel the need to eat. I make sure to drink a ton of water during those days though.
