Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 150 lb - May 12th Breakfast: Waffles Today I feel somewhat energized, I woke up way too early so that I could do some work at the library at my university. I cant seem to work at home for the life of me. Lunch: Pizza I packed some lunch with me because I wont be able to go home until 3. These days are usually the most stressful because I have two, two hour classes right next to each other. Dinner: Rice It was good I wasn’t all too hungry so I just ate a little bit of rice and went off to bed. I just felt way too busy that day and had no time to really think about food!
