Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 196 lb, Goal: 150 lb - May 11th ( I’m Back! A little recap. Midterms were insane. I was very close to eating the whole fridge at times but I didn’t! I was extremely stressed out but I locked myself in my room so I wouldn't go on a junk escapade. I think I’ll be just fine. I don’t think I’ve gained any weight currently. I’m going to the gym to do weighted squats which is really nice because I miss doing things at the gym. I’m drinking coconut water for muscle movement. I want to be pretty flexible and be able to run with ease. Breakfast: Pizza Uhm. It was yummy. Felt guilty for eating pizza for breakfast though lol. I had to quickly get out of the house to go for my midterm at 8:30 am. After the study I need to figure out a daily breakfast item that is healthy. Like toast, almond butter and banna slices. That sounds really good! Lunch: I dont think I had lunch? Or maybe I just quite don’t remember. Dinner: Salad Pretty sure I just wasn’t all too hungry that day. Thats good-ish. On to the next day.
