Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Day 9 ( May 3rd! I’m going to keep this day short because not too much happened.. Day of my mid-term for microeconomics. Very stressful day. Breakfast: Waffles! I don’t have very many breakfast items so i’m kind of limited to what I can take in. I think I didn’t have that much to eat but I think it was because I was really stressed about the test so I couldn’t really think about food. Lunch: None Class went until 3:00 but at least the midterm is over. not very hungry, can wait till dinner. Dinner: Pasta Nothing really out of the norm. Was very yummy. Spent the rest of the day studying for math and playing some video games. Tried to chill out after the midterm. Emotionally I feel alright, I still feel like I’m focusing a lot more on food and I am also missing it MORE because I have to think about when I can eat and how much I can eat. The thing I’m most worried about is rebounding out of this behavior i’m trying to put myself into which is cutting back on eating.
