Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 196 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ( Day 8 Monday, May 2nd! So it said I lost 3 lbs or something this week but it still lowered my food intake.. weird? Anyway. I don’t have my car today so I have to take my moms car to school and then to Physical therapy. Breakfast: Cereal & Banana I think what I’m going to do is plan when I cannot eat lunch and just have a pre-weighed item for lunch such as a banana or some chicken. Something easy that will get me burning calories through the day. Right now I feel like I have a bit of energy but I don’t feel completely energized. It might be because I’m just still a little bit tired. Off to math class! Lunch: Sesame Chicken This was really good. The weighed amount was way too much for me it felt like. Maybe my stomach is shrinking! I’ve been studying all day long, and will keep studying till thursday! uh oh. Dinner: Shrimp & Salad I was getting a little bit angry with my scale cause it wasn’t updating the weight very quickly. Took almost a minute to update the weight on the plate. Not sure why it’s doing that. Very stressed out, Went out for a run and have been drinking a lot of water to keep me away from eating food. I’m committed to losing weight, I’ve already spent way too much time setting up this study.
