Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Day 7 Today is also going to be another one of those stressful and full days where I probably wont be able to eat lunch because I wont be at home to make foods on my list. Maybe if I buy something, I can just eat half of it so I make sure that I’m at least following the “Eating out” procedures. I have work until 7:30 so I wont be able to get home until around 8. :( Breakfast: Waffles So far so good, that’s given me enough energy to make it through math class. I unfortunately have to meet with my teacher to go over my test scores (Its okay! I didn’t fail the test.) As I’m writing this section I’m starting to lose energy, which is not a good sign, maybe I need to eat some lunch..(1:05pm) Emotionally I don’t feel all too great. I weighed myself today and compared it to yesterday and it looked like I some how lost half a pound in a day? maybe an inaccuracy or some fluids left my body who knows. Lunch: ??? Cant say much to it. Completely skipped it. :( DInner: Chicken and sour cream Rice That was very good. I only was able to eat it at around 12am just because I was up so late studying I totally forgot to eat dinner. It’s midterms week so its probably going to be the most stressful part of my quarter. I really hope I don’t snack because this is my most vulnerable time.
