Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 196 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Day 6 ( Today was quite a crazy day. I work a job rarely when I have the free time to do some work and earn some money. Today was that day, but it made my day very hectic. This causes quite a bit of issue in terms of me being able to eat the correct meals. Breakfast: Waffles I have to make fast items when I wake up because I always wake up late and have roughly 5 minutes to eat food before I have to race out of the house and get to school. Lunch: None ;( This was the point when I was too busy to go home and get some of the food I’ve prepared on my list. This is one of the biggest issues I’m currently having with the study is that I’m normally not home when I need to eat lunch. Maybe I’ll start packing some non-perishable lunch with me to take to school. Dinner: Chicken & Rice Dang, that was really enjoyable to eat after not eating for over 6 hours. I was very full after just eating chicken, guess that means no rice for me. I’m currently watching this show called limitless which I am in love with. Physical therapy workout + that show is my total heaven! It was a good but hectic day. Time to do some homework and go to sleep
