Ht. 5'4", Start: 177 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I have been trying to lose weight for about a year now. I only eat fruit, vegetables and protein. I go on the elliptical for 40 mins 4-5-6 times a week and I do pilates and I have also done the Jillian Michaels DVDs. I have been trying so hard but its not working !! Please help!! What am i doing wrong??!?!
