BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 255 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Sometimes I feel so down about what I see in the mirror. I watch movies and see how appealing it is to be in shape and it inspires me to work out and eat right. Then, again, I see what I have to work with and it's heartbreaking. I've been on a mission to get healthy for what seems like forever now and my success rate is low. I live in a stressful household which I believe has a lot to do with my weight gain. My siblings eat junk on the daily and our food options are junk. Does anyone have any advice on weight loss? Something I haven't seen on google? Thank you for your help in advance.
