Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'11.5", Start: 280 lb, Today: 262 lb, Goal: 220 lb - Hey guys, A neat idea to help out with Thanksgiving is to have it buffet style. Have all the food in another room, like the kitchen then everyone dishes their one plate of food and then everyone eats in a different room. Try to get everything you want on that one plate because it'll be easy to overeat if you go back for more. Lastly, try talking with people around you, don't focus entirely on the food. The more conversation you're making the slower you're eating and more likely to not overeat. For dessert, either have your mom or someone else dish you some or only take a small plate through the buffet of dessert. Good luck guys with thanksgiving and I hope you don't feel stuffed. Sulay
