Ht. 180 cm, Start: 156 kg, Today: 156 kg, Goal: 80 kg - Hola, yo comence mi historia del sobrepeso hace 10 años y pasaba un poco del tema hasta que se me a hecho una bola todo este tema, me han operado de presion intracraneal, tengo un tubo en el cuerpo, ahora tengo problemas del corazon... Nose que hacer ni como conseguir salir de esto ni nada por el estilo. Si alguien me pudiera ayudar :/
