~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So i've decided to take a different approach. rather than trying to lose the weight as fast as possible, i'm just going to focus on 1 pound her week. That way it will come off slowly and stay off. I don't care about only losing 1 pound per week anymore. because if i think about it, i'm in college and working and trying to pay off some debts so really, just sticking to 1400 calories a day will make it easier on me, rather than constantly figuring out how i can lose 5 pounds in so many weeks or days. i'm just going to eat sensibly and wait for the weight to come off. each module for school is approximately 2-4 weeks long. so for every class i finish, i will lose between 2-4 pounds. This way i can focus on my school work and strive to finish each module knowing that by the end i will be down a few pounds. weird method but it works for me lol hope everyones doing great
