Ht. 5'8", Start: 330 lb, Today: 323 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Well in order to reach my goal weight I must lose over 100 pounds. So far I have been doing the calorie diet and I've lost 7 pounds. Its really hard for me and frustrating because I dont know which diet to do! Ive been told that the low card, low fat, and low calorie diets are best, but with so many options I dont know which one to choose. Im getting really discouraged and could use some help ASAP! if you have ANY and i mean ANY advice for me please let me know.-OMI
