BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so it's been getting easier to avoid the scale. as much as i'd like to know what i've lost, i'm fine with seeing the difference in how my clothes fit me. my work uniform is gettin looser everytime i put them on. (i only work twice a week because of college, so i notice a difference every 5 days or so when i go to work). this weekend wasn't the greatest though.. kind of fell off the wagon so today i did 80 minutes of aerobics. i am SO sore, but it was worth it. i feel like i undid some damage. this week i'm going to go at it 100% and stay under 1400 calories and work out at least 4 days (30 mins minimum). Hope everyones doing awesome!
