BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 147 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Ayyye! I haven't lost a SINGLE pound since I last posted...I keep fluctuating between 3 pounds either way of 147...frustrating! So I was bored at work yesterday and looking for something to help me and my husband lose weight and do together and I came across a website called www.active.com. It's an amazing site where you can select a sport and search for groups in your area. It also provides tips for healthy living and exercising. We've decided to run a 5k to support a charitable cause....possibly two, depending on how we fare in the first one =D. I figured this way, it's not as unbelievably hard as a marathon (or even half marathon - yikes!) and you don't have to have any natural athletic ability to just jog/run. Now all I need is to find us a training regimen.... =/
