~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 152 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone. i use to come here when I was 14, i lost a great deal of weight just from everyones inspiration and motivating tips. now it is six years later. I joined the Military because i always wanted to. but i never thought that you could be fat and be in the military. sorry to those of you that get offended i know my weight is not at an at risk level but it is when you think about how much working out i do and how much stress i put on my body being at this weight and not losing it. i do not want to end up have destroying my joints just because im a little heavier then i need to be also by the military standards i am a fat female even though i have some muscle i have a lot of extra fat. my main concern is on my diet but as i drop so pounds i will be implementing a lot more exercise if any one has any feedback or even examples of their diets and food plans they use i would really appreciate it.
