~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay sooooo, let's start this again lol. 2009 was a terrible year. I mean, nothing totally horrible happened, but I wasn't happy. I wasn't at a good place in my life, hence why any weight i lost this year, came back (i gained 7 pounds back). 2010 however... will be different. I'm FINALLY going to get down to my goal weight of between 145-155 (depending on how i look at that point.. its really too soon to tell) and STAY THERE. No more ups and downs, no more "I'll start tomorrow". I'm going to do this. If i really want 2010 to be a great year, I'll need to focus on my weight loss and healthy lifestyle more. It's not even so much a vanity thing for me anymore, I mean yeah I'd love to look great in a pair of killer skinny jeans (who wouldn't?) but I'm turning 21 in a week, and therefore I am officially an adult. (they say its 18 but mentally i think it's 21) and if I want to live a healthy adult life I need to take care of this extra weight now. I want to be strong and healthy and live a long fulfilling life, and every pound I lose guarantees that little by little. I hope all of you get to your goals as well. 2010 should be a year of health. good luck guys!
