Ht. 5'8", Start: 209 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 160 lb - So I've been overweight for a while, but I was never really THAT bothered by it. But I was looking at my pictures from New Years Eve and I realized that I don't look as good as I thought I did. So I want to start losing weight. I'm joining weight watchers on tuesday because that is when the first meeting starts. But I feel I should probably start working on it now. I need massive help with motivation. It's just so hard to say no to all the junk food. I am in my second year in college. All my friends are pretty skinny but all eat really bad. I have to buy and cook my own food. It's so hard not to pinch in and get some take-out with all my friends or junking out on fries after a night out. Also, we go out a lot which means I'm drinking a lot of alcohol which is also very fattening. I just don't know where to start. I would really appreciate some advice :).
