~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Hey everyone. Well I'm back once again. I just can't seem to stick with it anymore. I mean, I've lost 55 pounds already, you'd think I'd be able to lose another 10 right? Wrong. I got down to 163lbs in September and it crept back. So basically, I've been 170 and under and back up again for the past year and a half. Not happy about that at all. But hey, it's a marathon, not a sprint right? I've done pretty well today, had some vegetable soup and tofu and a little bit of frozen yogurt (bad i know but i counted it into my calories). Christmas is days away so it's probably not the best time to start dieting again but I figure, I'll do well for a couple days, take a break Christmas day and then go back full force. My birthday is January 17th and I'll be turning 21, and I'd love to be lighter than I was on my 20th birthday. Right now I'm the exact same weight so maybe by then I'll lose between 5-10 pounds (I hope!) Well, I hope everyones doing well. remember we can do this. Good luck :)
