~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 167.5 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So I went home for the weekend and didn't do ANY exercise :(..there was just so much other stuff I wanted to do and had to get done that I couldn't find the time. But today it's back to the gym for me. It's so frustrating its been almost a month now and I feel like I've made no progress!! Yet I've been working out every single day and trying to eat better at school. A few years ago I was at my all-time highest weight (187) and have lost almost 20 lbs since but at the time I wasn't even really TRYING to lose weight, it just happened over time. Now that I am actually trying, I'm not getting anywhere...this is usually the point where I get discouraged and quit, so I'm really trying to work through this and stay motivated...any advice? good luck everyone!!
