Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I just got back to the gym and I am very proud of myself. I did 3 miles..walked the first, ran .5 mile, walked .25, ran .25, walked .5, ran .25, and walked the last .25..so altogether i walked 2 miles and ran 1 and it took me under 45 minutes which is AWESOME for me! I'm feeling so much better about myself lately I've just been so much happier and feel like I have so much more energy. I hope everyone else is doing well! good luck :)
