Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 130 lb - maybe it's just my imagination but it seems like some of my clothes are starting to fit a little better :). i just got back from the gym. i did 2 programs on the bike (hill program -- 20 min, 200 calories burned, interval program, 20 min, 100 calories burned). I skipped the weights today because I did my weight training yesterday. I'm taking a few days off from running/walking because I have shin splints and I don't want to make it any worse, which is very annoying. I had never really done the bike before though, and I actually had a lot of fun! Can't wait to finally see my results on the scale in a few weeks!
