Ht. 6'1", Start: 225 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Im in my first year of school. Im so disapointed in how much i let myself go...i havnt gained the "freshman 15" because volleyball is keeping me in shape however i am determined to lose the fat and tone my body up...i have very strong legs and toned arms however my mid section is the problem... any body know anything that helps...and i do abs but it just seems my stupid gets bigger because abs are forming under the fat...i have also recently been partying alotand need to just cut out the empty calories of alcohol all together, which is going to be a hard one because of my social life i have obtained here. Everyone wish my luck my neww life begins today...right now :D
