Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 150 lb - so i was hoping to have lost another pound this week, but ive been PMSing so staying low cal was a toughie. but i didnt gain so im happy about that. this week though im going to work my butt off, ive been exercising more lately and i feel great because of it, so as long as i stay under 1500 cals and exercise everyday i can def do it. hope everyone else is going great, good luck!! :)
