Ht. 5'11", Start: 226 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 175 lb - So I weighed myself today and I'm only down a pound but that's okay because its better than nothing. Also, I'm aiming to lose 4lbs a month so I feel like I'm on track. Anywho, hope everyone's week went well. This week's goal for me is going to avoid of the chocolate because I have definite problems with that and, of course, to keep losing. hopefully 1.5 pounds. On the chocolate note, I'm been thinking of switching my peach weight training supp for a chocolate flavored one once I run out. I figure this will be a good way to get my fix of chocolate without blowing my macros/calorie intake. Good luck everybody!
