From now on, don't eat past 8 o clock at night, since then it turns to fat whe you go to sleep. Cut everything you eat in half, and save the rest for later or the next day. Eat slowly, so you're aware of the food you are eating, and eat when your only 80% full, because that means you're 100% full. If you eat until you are full, you ate 20% too much. Excersize more often, and just love the body that heavenly father gave you, and im sure that you'll reach your desired goal! |
