If you eat healthy all week then reward your self with your favroite food on Friday. On excersise, join sports teams w/ your friends.Take your dog for a walk. Play with your brother or sister. But do not push yourself. That will make you hate excersise and then you will never loose the weight you want to. I hope these things help. Good luck. |
