| Reply from anne, Age 16 - 9/17/03 - IP#: 216.66.108.xxx bigbb-c12934 yes- you can lose 24 pounds in that timne if you lose 2 pounds a week. you can do this by burning 1000 more calories then you consume a day. go to www.caloriesperhour.com and calculate how much you burn doing different activities in 24 hours and then eat 1000 less calories then that. it works- believe me. eat a lot of veggies too becasue they're low in cal and eat less fat becasue fat is highest in calories. it is double the amount of calories then protein and carbs. and adding exersize into your schedule will definately help because then you can eat a little more calories. just count calories untill you're used to how much you can eat of what- you'll learn faster then you would have thought. so far by doing this i've lost 12 pounds and i'm still going. my goal weight is 130 also. good luck! if you don't cheat yourself you can definately do it and just keep reminding yourself that if you start today then you're one day closer. believe me- you don't want to get to the end of the three months and not have done anything and then realize that you could have been at your goal weight by then... |
