Hello Matthew! I have a brother who is your height,14 years old, weighs 140, and is like the "buffest of the buff" - very lean and built. So you don't neccessarily need to get down to 130... What my bro does for his body is: eats only when he's hungry and only as much as he needs, and gets lots of activity during the day, then before he goes to bed at night he does as many crunches and pushups as he can possibly do.
