You just have to keep going and rembember that its worth it! Fruits and veggies are good, water, milk, diet sodas, orange and apple juices, things like that. But remember to eat at every meal. If you don't eat for a long period of time, your body's metabolism increases so its harder to lose weight. Getting a good nights sleep and eating a (healthy) breakfast can help you lose weight. My favourite snack is yogurt. Yum yum yum. Good luck! |
